For more than 15 years, I worked as a senior leader and strategist in global consulting — partnering with high-level executives, advising Fortune 500 clients, and leading transformative work across organizations like EY, KPMG, Accenture, and others. I thrived in high-stakes environments, where clarity, vision, and execution were non-negotiable.

That journey shaped how I lead today — with a mix of presence, precision, and care. But over time, something inside me began to shift. I realized that while I was showing up for everyone else — I was no longer fully showing up for myself.

Despite all the achievements, I found myself running on autopilot. Behind the titles and results was a growing disconnect — a feeling of being out of rhythm with my own body, energy, and life. I wasn’t struggling — but I wasn’t fully present either.

What I needed wasn’t more productivity. I needed space — to slow down, to breathe, to realign. So I made the decision to step out of the corporate world, not to escape, but to evolve. I didn’t leave because I had to. I left because I was ready to create something more meaningful and deeply aligned.

That’s how Sweet Haleness came to life. A wellness practice rooted in strength, mobility, and resilience — created for professionals like myself, who want to feel strong, grounded, and fully alive again.

I bring a calm, structured, and deeply personalized approach to coaching. My work combines strength and mobility training with nervous system support, breathwork, recovery strategies, and mindset coaching — all backed by science and shaped by lived experience.
